hydro tractor wont go in reverse?

2003 4310 e hydro 4wd mswd tractor wont go into reverse.problem is intermitent.brain was replaced,potentiometer was replaced,all connections were cleaned,new filters,cleaned the screen.john deere had it for 2 months and never fixed it! please help!
