Oil & Grease & regular use is the rule of thumb for commercials. Grease all round regular minimum every 3 mnths this is one of the most important things you can do for this type of vehicle as it will have longer standing periods where things begin to sieze & cause snowball effects on components , oil & filter change every 5000km or 6/9mnths fuel filter yearly, check tyre pressure condition. Dont leave it a month between startings, start it up leave it to reach full temp then run it up 1/4mile if you haven't used it for a while. Check your levels before every trip & wash off underneath if you've ploughed thro a muddy yard or field, mud ladened wheel arches & chassis breed rust !
