Mend Renault Clio 2000 1.4 Car Noise

How can I fix my renault clio 2000. 1.4 Wheel bearings ?

My car have a big noise that come at the back wheel and I took it to HI-Q to check the problem and they say its wheel bearings. i'm working in King Williams town so how safe it is to drive from King to P.E.
