viruses ? andy?

Debbie doesn't your Anti-Virus automatically save it into Quarantine when it's finished and your clicking the process if it finds any. Any Anti-Virus i've used before it always asks the question if i want to Quarantine and then it's just a case of clicking a button and job done, never had to open any folder before but i have not used Kaspersky before i must admit. Can't you send me a screen shot and let me see. andy4u@live.co.uk i'll have a look round and see what i can do to help you and let you know if i can come up with answer ok
