I own a jcm gold-2250 cash register. I keep getting all cccs on the screen. How can I repair this problem?

turn the program key to P Turn off the power on the right side switch while power is off hold down the #1 7 9 &3 keys ( the left hand works best) with keys still held down turn the power on release the keys enter #1 clk/id key turn key back to reg & it should work

Hi.
JCM are very small in the register market now. I have no info on the later models as the brand has completely gone from our part of the world. I suggest you phone a dealer in your area. Most will give simple phone help if you ask nicely.
