Mend Geller SX 580

How can I fix Geller SX 580 cash register printer error ?

How to get rid of 'printer error' on geller SX 580 cash register? After loading a new roll pressed ENT/RLS, but still error message comes on. All other functions work. Can anyone help to resolve this problem?
