how can i clear code f , make jcm gold g215 model?

how can i clear the f code on this till,every time we try to clear this the alarm goes off,we don't know what this code means and have no idea how it appeared on the display,we don't have a copy of the handbook and are baffled,
thanks in advance if anyone can help.

Had exactly same problem.
Power off.
Turn key to PGM.
Hold down 1.3.7.9 then power on.
Keep holding while power on until printer runs then let go.
A row of dots will be printed.
Machine should now revert back. Hopefully. It worked for me. Good luck.
