gold 2250 jcm?

Faint print out on receipt. What do I need to fix this problem? Also I need printing paper. What size do I need. I have a Gold 2250 JCM cash register. Thank you for your help.

You need to replace the ink roller. It will have dried out. Never re-ink the roller as it falls to pieces and blocks the printer. The paper is 44mm bond type
