My machine will not wash or spin. I set type of wash eg. Normal, set water height and cold wash. I do not use the ecorinse option. The machine fills to height but when it goes "click" to wash the machine turns off. When I switched to Drain & Spin it drained ok but again turned off when it came time to spin. Any ideas?
i have bearings gone in my washings machine how do i get to them to replace them

Our office manages a rental property & there is Simpson Eziset550 washing machine at the property. The tenants have advised that the machine does not work on any setting other than Normal & there is no manual at the property for reference for user details.
Is there a pdf link specific to this machine for a manual to give these tenants.
