Mend Aquatronic 4 Clean Water Cleaning

Do I have to clean my Aquatronic 4 shower. ?

The water from my Aquatronic 4 shower is staining the sides of the bath orange. Does it need cleaning ? and if so, how do I do it. I have no instructions. The plumber threw them away.

The water shouldn't be discoloured, is your water conpany doing any work locally that may be discolouring the water?
