What does CLR stand for to clean the scunci steamer?

My scunci steamer heats water then the water drips to the counter. I tried cleaning it with vinegar but not sure what else to do? I hate to throw it out. Any suggestions. I don't know what CLR stands for to help with the cleaning.

CLR is an American brand name for a cleaning product that removes Calcium, Lime, and Rust. It's most likely with the bathroom cleaners in the store. There may be other brands that do the same thing.

Read the instructions and be careful! It will eat metal if left on too long. I don't want to know what it might do to skin. I'd also avoid breathing the fumes as much as possible.
