Mend Aquatronic W8500 Shower Leak Pipe

water coming from the clear pipe under my aquatronic w8500?

i was showering and the shower (aquatronic w8500) popped and shot a tiny black ball out of the clear pipe behind the hose outlet and now water is coming out of that pipe constantly? the shower still works ok though.how do i stop the water coming out of that pipe? and what is the tiny black ball for?

reinstate the ball and all will be ok.

you need to locate why it activated.
useally blocked shower head or damaged hose.
