how do i fix my headlight?

my headlight is not working i have changed the bulb but it still doesnt work.The car is a peugeot 406

Have you checked that there is voltage at the end of the wire leading the the headlamp connector? A multimeter will tell you. Otherwise check connections, earth and fuses.
I assume you have tried using the new bulb in the other side headlamp?
