How to repair Valeo Heat Sink on Peugeot 406?

Disconnect the plug from the heater blower which is behind the glove box and with a power prob check to see if the blower is working if it does check the power supply at the plug with the engine running. If there is no supply use a body earth rather than the earth on the plug. If you then get a power supply then the fault will lay in the heater ballest resister. If so replacement is the only option
