Mend Optima XL4 Alarm House

optima xl4 alarm?

my house had a couple of power surges/power cuts one night and next morning i found my optima xl4 alarm panel not working .red power light is on and green day light is on but none of the buttons work at all,have tried turning power on and off but still panel will not respond ,how do i fix this problem .thanks
