Mend Peugeot 205 Heater Thermostat Temperature

how can i fix my pug 205 heater?

my pug 205 just blows out cold air NOT HOT i took it to a garage when i was having my bumper done and they said all your pipes are hot but someone else told me it might be the thermostat but it cant be because the pipes are hot or could it be the thermostat? i dont have a clue could you please help

sounds like it could be the heater matrix itself. Quite a pain to change becaus it means taking off the facia panels inside the car, which usually means taking the entire dashboard out, which usually involves taking off the steering wheel.
