Mend Hotpoint BWM129 Door Start

Hotpoint BWM129 door wont open ?

Hotpoint BWM129 door won't open. The programmed cycle would not start and now the door wont open. The detergent / softner is still in the draw and it did not fill up with water... The door has been sticking / playing up for some time.

Hotpoint Hotpoint BWM129 Household Appliances, Washing Machines Hotpoint Door Start

Sounds like your doorlock switch has failed. You will need to replace the doorlock AND the main board in the bottom of the machine. Should be ok then. We supply the main boards at £49.90+vat but do not supply the door switch. www.emwelec.co.uk
