UI have a blocked pump on my washing machine and I cannot get the filter to turn so I can clear it, it part turns, but wont come out, it is a front loading Bosch logicxx 8 showing error F18 Thanks
Had the same problem, before proceeding to remove pump tip machine on its side then try unscrewing filter again, thankfully this dislodged a hair clip and I am now 8p richer as well!!

Hi if you remove the white plastic cover at the bottom of the machine you will see some screw around the front of the filter undo these and tilt the mahine back the pump housing will now be loose and you can either unclip the pipe to release the blockage or take the pump off, hope this helps

It just wont turn any further no matter what, I tried to turn it a bit with grips and I could feel that the handle was going to break. Thanks

if its very blocked up it might just be the crap inside that is stopping it coming out.wiggle and pull on it hard should help to release it
