The oil was allowed to run out. Now the boiler will not start after an oil delivery. Where is the bleed screw on the boiler?

I have a 50-70 but never looked at it. My service manual shows a bleed and pressure guage port (six sided nut) below the pressure adjuster on the unit which the flexible oil inlet pipe connects to.
