Mend Grant 70v3 Heating Radiator Pump

no heating or hot water?

I have a Grant 70v3 when i ask for heating or hot water the burner wont ignite, not lock out, plenty of oil. when i ask for heating the circulation pump runs but burner still doesn't start. i have been advised possible pcb, but cant look at it yet.
