How do I drain my oil fired Trianco Redfyre TRO15/19 heating system?

How do I drain my central heating system to alow me to repair a compression joint on a radiator valve. My boiler is an oil fired Trianco Redfyre TRO15/19.

you could freeze pipe intead of draining system.turn off rad valves empty water from rad. Freeze the pipe leading to rad valve It gives about 30 mins to complete job.Check the pipe has frozen before starting repair.wg

turn boiler off, tie ball cock up or isolate cold mains connect hose pipe do drain point on system and drain 8mm spanner, DO NOT put hose in flower bed or grass as it will kill any vegetation, when water flow slows down open vents on highest rads 1st then lower rads when water flow slows down again.
