50:1 with a good synthetic 2-stroke oil is better - and you'll be able to see the logs after you cut them! Never damaged an engine on this mixture - and I've been using it in all my 2-strokes since synthetic oils became available.

most two-strokes are happy with a 20-1 mixture.
(thats 20 parts petrol to one of petrol)
