how to get my starter motor to work?

i have a zip 125 4 stroke and it makes a click nosie wen tryin to start iv even tryed jumpin it off car battery and it dnt want to work my kick start is broke from inside the caseing its the cog that makes the kick start work on the engine its behind the casing there is 2 cogs 1 is like half a cog and the 2nd is a round one and its snapped what shall i do any info will be helpful thankyou very much
