how can I fix my Zanussi fridge freezer. ?

The fridge is not cold enough and the freezer is blocked with ice

without model details i can't answer this but i suspect you have an auto defrost/sensor issue.to prove this manually defrost with both fridge and freezer doors left open for 24hrs.restart and see if it works.you will probably find after a short period that it all freezes up again which proves the auto defrost or sensing is up the creek
