Mend Hotpoint Water Bottom Fridge

water laying in bottom of fridge?

I have a hotpoint fridge freezer and there is water laying in the bottom of the fridge and the drain hole apears to be blocked. how can I unblock it

blow down the blocked tube.bike pump and some blue tac to make a seal sometimes works.sometimes you need to find where the tube goes (usually on to the compressor drip tray) and blow from there.put a cloth over hole to stop gunk going in to the fridge when you blow

Telephone flex (cable) works well, you can also tie a piece of cloth to the end of the cable and pull it through
