how can i clear the pump?

This is only for the LG intellowasher 7kg. Start by unpluging your machine, then at the bottom left hand side corner there is a square cut off covered by a plastic lid, start by removing this lid with a screw driver, just pull it out, when lid is out you'll see a round type plug. turn it anticlock wise and remove it, BE AWARE at this point all the water inside your drum will come out. so get some towells and basket to soak all the water, next step is to remove any objets inside the pump and hose, to do this use your fingers to feel if there are any more objects left behind after you have removed the plug (filter) if so try to pull them out somethimes it helps pouring a bit of water into the drum to flush objects out. finally put back plug and turn it clockwise untill tight replace lid and happy washing.
