how can i fix my washing machine Bosh Prescion wg 2020?

going through washing cycle but doen't spin or drain checked filter but its clear is it the pump ?

Sounds like the carbon brushes in the motor have worn down and need replacing. Have a look at this website www.apart4u.co.uk, it shows you short video clips on how to carry out this sort of repair.
