started losing internet connection two weeks ago, goes off at least 20 times a day. usually i have to reset the modem and belkin wireless router. The problem cant be with modem as it works with ethernet cable fine. any ideas?
I have exactly the same problem, is really fustrating. Maybe I should just get a different make of modem :/
Try updating the software on your router. This is done online from the configuration page on your router.
Backup all your settings before upddating so you don't have to reconfigure the whole thing afterwards.
Yep had same problem, rang tec (151) said same faults on older ntl modem, sent out new Virgin modem ok now but can't get all web pages up, think this could be belkin firewall? don't want to call tec again as thorought i was on phonejacker sevice providins.
