Hi, if you look at the pressure gauge and the pointer is at zero the system will not work. The water pressure needs to be at 1 Bar, to increase the pressure there should be a small tap somewhere ( the one on mine is Blue and is underneath) and attached to it should be a metal flexible pipe. Turn the tap on slowly and you should hear the water starting to fill the expansion chamber. KEEP an EYE on the pressure gauge and once it's reached 1Bar you MUST turn it off. You might have to re-light the gas again, but it should work after you have re-filled the system. Check the pressure gauge at least once a month and top up to 1 Bar if required. Also you might have to bleed the radiators to get any air out.
