hoover washing machine?

check if pump is running and water is comming out fo the drain pipe if yes pump ok if no poss pump fault.could be air valve blocked on back of machine at the bottom of washing drum a valve with a pipe going upwards remove pipe and blow down pipe refit pipe and try spin it fixed mine
