Mend Hoover HNF3157-80 Machine Model

I have a hoover3157-80 washing machine which is very noisy in spin. ?

Hoover HNF3157-80 7.5 kg model. When the machine spins it sounds like there is a helicopter in the room. Lots of vibration. We have replaced the dampers, no difference. At a loss to know what else could be wrong - any ideas?
Drum seems to spin fine, no apparent play in rear bearing

check the mountings of the concrete weights. possibly one of the balance weights is loose. It only has to move a few centimeters and this will cause the machine to sound excessively noisy.
