Mend Hotpoint Aquarius 1100 Not Pumping Water Out

Hotpoint Aquarius 1100 not pumping water out?

It seems to be washing, not sure though, but the water stays in and its no drying. I've tried every possible point on the programs knob but it just makes its usual noises and thats it.

Solved.
There was a sock stuck in the outlet.
Flooded my bathroom :P
