Mend Riccar 808E Reverse Forward Runs

How can I get my Riccar 808E to go forward?

It only runs in reverse, whether I hold the reverse button in or let it out.

Hello Bob,
You may have a serious problem there because Riccar machines had a problem with the reverse pins breaking, I would suggest you get it into a repair shop but be prepared for the worst because I don't think the pins are available and general spares are rare.
