Zanussi fjs1225 - The door will not open?

I posted this note originally and have now had an engineer in to fix it.

The problem was that the door latch was stuck because the plastic casing that surrounds it was broken. To open the door you need a small screw driver, open the top of the machine, where the latch is located there is a small hole where you need to place the screw driver and force the latch open.

The door handle kit needs to be bought - although the handle and latch is ok - but it is needed just for the plastic casing that surrounds the latch.
