Mend Bosch Avantixx 6 VarioPerfect Washing Machine Error Code Drain Filter

i have a bosch avantixx 6 vario perfect washing machine ?

I have cleared the filter on the front of the machine and have put it all back together. as the machine was falling to drain I have also put a towel in and have tried to rinse and spin but the drum will still not drain. an error code flashes up of F-18 please could you advise on the error code and what is needed to fix the problem

When you cleaned the filter did you check the pump impeller was free to turn and not jammed with something. Other possibilities...pump motor windings open cicuit (no electrical continuity through it),or if you can hear the pump running then a blockage in the drain hose or grease blockage at connection to sink.
