WHY HAS MY AQUARIUS WMA 30 DRUM STOPPED MOVING?

MY HOTPOINT AQUARIUS WMA 30 MODEL\HAS STOPPED WORKING THEIR IS POWER THERE BUT THE DRUM WILL NOT MOVE. IS THIS A MOTOR PROBLEM OR IS IT A SIMPLE FIX?

You do not give enough information, was the machine noisey beforehand if so could be bearings gone if not and drum spins free could be motor, timer, or belt.
