My Hotpoint twintub spinner drum is not spinning?

long time since i messed with one tip the machine on its side, prepare water spillage out of washer side then strip down the spinner side
(note watch out for the 2 drive pins not key ways) as you strip down) you will find that the drive shoes have stuck/seized on there mounting pins, ease them off clean up the pins and shoe holes,refit this is the centrifugal drive of the spinner
also need to check brake band has not adjusted up to close, with the lid down drum should be able to turn freely, with lid open brake band is applied
lastly listen for a click as you close spinner lid this will be the micro switch working
