how can i fix tricity bendix aw 1400 w?

Haing problems with washing machine rinse and drain cycle not working, doesnt seem to be any water to rinse although there is water for washing, it doesnt do a full wash there is a beep everytime u need to rinse and spin, can u give me any adivce, i have tried the front filter nothing seems to be wrong and there is a small hose beside the filter the i have taken the plastic cap off of that to drain water from that, basically is it worth getting fixed or replaced? thanks
