heater blowin clod only ford fiesta r reg?

Hi sonya, Sounds like two separate issues here, firstly the heater valve which allows hot water to circulate indoors needs replacing.This is a small plastic valve situated in the centre of the bulkhead above and behind the engine, two pipe connections and one electrical plug.That will sort out the heat.
Then the heater resistor assembly controls the fan speeds, this is situated behind the glovebox (remove it) and you will see a small plastic box screwed into the side of the heater assembly with a multi plug connection, simply unscrew it and fit a new one £10.17 +vat from Ford. That will sort out the fan speeds.
