Mend Ford Fiesta Heater Switch

ford fiesta 1999 ?

The heater in my 99 fiesta is not blowing hot air,cold air at all times.The switch can be turned full circle ,not sure if it should only turn to left and right ie:hot/cold. any help much appreciated.

they have an electric control box for the heater just behind the engine. this siezes up and you replace all the valve.you can get one at breakers or a motor factors do a copy one
