If B&Q also supplied or recomended the fitter then get on to them to get them back. Or if independant and your choice get them back to sort it out.

check the pan holes they are screw fixing holes, no screws [chrome or brass] then job not done properly.

There are so many different types the answer is 'Nowhere'.

Past jobs I've done and tried obtaining the lid only to end up buy the whole cistern. Manufacturrers will not supply just a lid even if the lid is faulty they will only supply the whole issue on return of damaged/faulty goods. Sorry obviously not the reply you want.
