can someone tell me how do i restall windows xp on a packard bell ,i'v had to put a new hard drive in it,hope some one can help me

Hi Jenny, download this file and install it, if you are using another PC to talk to me then you will have to transfer the file from that computer by way of flash drive or floppy drive, just do that for now and let me know how you get on.http://www.download.com/windows/audio-drivers/3150-2120_4-0.html?tag=404

yes i'v restall windows xp but i'v got no multimedia audio controller 28 , and carn't regrestion my compter on line,it will be nices if you can help me,
