how do i fix my simpson eziset950 it wont spin dry no more?

Previous post is leading you astray. Simpson motors on this machine does not have brushes. If agitator works ok during wash cycle then belt will be ok. Is the water draining out? Machine will not spin unless bowl is empty. If it drains do you hear the brake releasing if not then the brake release will be the problem. Lift the lid up & down you will hear the brake going on and off. Takes a few seconds to respond.

Check 3 things - the belt from motor to drum, the motor brushes and sometimes when you take off the back cover you will find a reset switch that has popped out.
