how do i fix my peugeot 406 immobiler?

my car immobiliser code pad has no power to it what so ever!! Cant start the car am going to have to scrap it if cant find an answer!!! Help!!

Check all fuses in car and under bonnet check wiring to code pad they break due to key Pad constantly been opened closed a wiring diagram will be required to put wires back in correct places try haynes manual from a good library to see if its got a wiring diagram or a very good auto electrician
