HOW TO FIX MY WINDSCREEN?

I HAVE A 2003 FORD MONDEO 2.TDCI THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS MY HEATED WINDSCREEN .IT ONLY WORKS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE TYPICAL.ANY IDEAS.

I got the same problem more then two years. Still not repaired, with mondeo 2.0 1999. So i will be fatefull if someone can tell us what to do.
