i av a grindin noise on passeneger wheel when i move?

i am gettin a grindin noise on my mondeo front passenger side when i move its also wearin tread down on one side of tyre

The grinding noise could well be your front brakes being totally worn out...the excess tyre wear means that the car needs to be 'tracked' that is, the wheel alignment needs to be adjusted to bring it parallel again. This usually happens if a kerb has been hit at some time.
