how do i make my heater,blow hotter?

i have a 1994 renault clio 1.4 rt.when the engine is at normal running temperature,the heater blowers do not blow out hot ,they are just warm. the dials are set to hot in the car..

Has the car got a thermstate in it ......otherwise will need to check heater core flow ......then check the temp control flap in dash ...to make sure the control is going to full HOT position.
