Mend Sewing Machine Fabric Bobbin

The bobbin makes loops under the fabric?

The bobbin makes loops under the fabric and also makes a big mess on the under side of the fabric how can I fix this?

Hello Belinda,
Sounds like tension problems, make sure you have the machine threaded properly to begin with and make sure the presser foot is up when you thread the machine, turn the top tension dial up one number at a time until you get it right.
