Mend Neff Switching Switch Switched

Neff Oven?

Hi - I've been switching off my oven at the main switch (only used it once anyway) and just switched it back on at the main switch, the clock on the oven came on but it's flashing and none of the buttons will work to stop it flashing - and absolutely nothing else on the oven is working at all even if I turn both dials for the heat or grill etc - it's very odd. It's a NEFF single oven. Can you help at all?

If your is anything like mine, then you need to set the clock. On mine there are 4 buttons, plus the twisty stick to actually make the adjustments, from left to right these are Alarm, Start, End and Hand (manual) - press the Start and End together and adjust with the twisty knob. If the clock fails to respond, Switch off at mains again and leave off for about 30 seconds before switching back on (I have had occasions when it has been switched off and back on too quickly and is unresponsive).
