remove mains power/ open panel/disconnect battery
remove wiring from terminals 17(pa)and27(set+)
fit a wire link between these terminals and re apply power/remove wire link and replace original wiring/
close panel/once all zones and tampers are cleared system memory is reset and panel can be reprogrammed/factory set customer code is 0123
note external sounder may activate while all power is removed
